This month, we focused on significant improvements and updates across our software platform. We’ve focused on upgrading the property filters, refining our postcard features, enhancing the email preview functions, and updating our copy to ensure clarity and effectiveness. Here’s a detailed look at what we’ve accomplished:

Data Accuracy Enhancements

In July, we focused on improving data accuracy across our platform. We resolved bugs affecting the retrieval of statistics, ensuring that our users receive accurate and timely information. We also made improvements to the status filtering in the campaigns table to have better data visibility and management. Additionally, we improved the display of recent sales by introducing ‘-’ for the number of beds and bathrooms when data is unavailable and hiding the column when the information is absent, ensuring consistent and reliable data presentation. 

Custom Postcards and Instructions Clarity

For an improved user experience, we disabled the 6×11” custom postcard option and clarified instructions for better usability. Our updated custom postcards now exclusively accept 6×9” dimensions, accompanied by clearer instructions, streamlining the customization process for our users. 

Brand Representation with Team Logos

To strengthen brand consistency and as requested by our beloved users, we introduced team logos and email signatures for our Compass template. This update not only improves our users brand representation but also the visual appeal of their communications. Improved Property Filters

Responding to user feedback, we added a new default Townhouse property type filter. This addition improves search accuracy and filtering capabilities within our platform, making it easier for users to find relevant property information. 

Enhanced Quality Assurance

In an effort to ensure smoother operations, we implemented new quality assurance measures. This improves the average time it takes to pull data for new campaigns and enhances monitoring to make sure that campaign touches are going out at the best possible times during the day. This initiative aims to resolve issues promptly and ensure all user interactions are handled correctly and efficiently.
