One of our most requested features is now live: allowing two people be featured on your touches. Let me explain:
Once upon a time–in the long long ago times past–one agent had his or her series of touches. Postcards would go out with your name and your photo. Letters would go out with your name and your signature. Emails would go out signed by you. And so forth.
But there was a problem, that’s two-fold. Some agents work very closely with a partner, and would want both their names on all the materials together, like their photos next to each other.
We work with multiple vendors in the real estate space. Many agents like to partner with their favorite vendors and now you can.
And… you ask and ye shall receive. We’ve finally added in this feature where two of you can fully share a profile together, and your materials will have both of your information equally. This even includes two separate marketing profiles, to fully put in the photo, logo, and all corresponding info for both of you.
This work was trickier than you’d expected because, not only did we need to update our code, but all of our text and visual templates needed to be updated. You don’t want to use the first-person “I” when there are two of you as a “we”!
In this latest release, we have other changes, as well. But they’re not as exciting. We updated a lot of the verbiage around valuations, for example, and we also improved the HTML email signature image aspect ratios so images wouldn’t be stretched. And various other minor tweaks.
If you were waiting to sign up for Harvist until you could use it with your partner or favorite vendor… well, the time has come!
