It seems like AI — particularly the subset known as LLMs, and particularly the subset of that known as “GPT” — is taking over the world. Hardly a moment goes by without my seeing another article about it or a mention of it. Someone less confident in their deep purpose in life might even question why we bother with humans anymore — but I still believe in humans.
So with pride and excitement, we want to announce the latest feature we’re building into Harvist. Of course it’s AI-driven.
But particularly, we’re using AI to analyze the APNs and homes you’re selecting, as well as other data sources we are integrating together — to determine which homes are most likely to sell.
That’s why, until now, you would just see all the APNs in the area you select, according to the filters you defined. You only want to see homes in 90210 that have 3 bedrooms? Cool, we’ve done that since the start.
But now: in your area, there are–say, for example–5000 homes that fit the criteria. But your marketing budget maxes out at 1500 homes. What to do?
We have the answer for you! Now, our platform is using our own proprietary AI to determine which of the homes you select, so that it can choose the the ones most likely to sell and show those to you. We’re calling this:
High-Propensity To Sell
This hasn’t been rolled out, but over the next 2 weeks will be rolled out to all accounts, if everything goes according to plan.
